AISIS Online Enlistment and Assessment

Date: January 9 (Tuesday)

    Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 nn; 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm; 4:15 pm - 11:59 pm
Check AISIS for hold orders, clear them 1 week before online registration

Venue: Faber Hall 309
For proxies check: Proxy Documents and Reminders
Before proceeding to Manual Registration, indicate all problems (e.g. no slots, conflict, etc.)
with your enlistment in the Manual Registration System.

Step 3

Enlistment and Assessment

Dates: January 15 - 16 (Monday - Tuesday)
Time: 8:00 am - 12:00 nn; 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm (Monday); 8:00 am - 12:00 nn (Tuesday)
Venues: Faber Hall 309
Make sure to have a back up schedule
Make sure you save your assessment form and send it via email to the International Exchange Student Coordinator (jcervantes@ateneo.edu) to signify completion of the enlistment process before leaving the venue
Printing of assessment form can only be done on your scheduled date

Step 4

ID Application / Validation

ALL students are REQUIRED to apply for a new ID
NO PROXIES for any ID matters
Date: January 12, 15 - 19, 22 - 26 (Weekdays), and January 13, 20, 27 (Saturdays)
Time: 9 am - 12 nn; 1 pm - 4 pm (Weekdays), and 9 am - 12 nn (Saturdays)
Venue:

  • Gonzaga Exhibit Hall (3rd Flr)

You ARE NOT OFFICIALLY ENROLLED if you haven’t validated your ID
Strict ID implementation: January 29, 2018 (Monday)

*Note: Tuition Receipt is NOT needed anymore for ID application/validation.
